WARRANTY

Salford products are designed and built with longevity and serviceability in mind and are intended to withstand the normal rigors of agricultural use. In case of defect in material or workmanship, Salford Group, Inc. (Salford) will replace and/or repair at its option any part covered by the warranty policy outlined below..

Salford will provide this warranty upon the following conditions and will begin from the date of delivery to the end user: Registration is filled out and returned to validate the warranty and for instances where significant repair work is required, the reseller will notify Salford BEFORE the work has begun and obtain a Warranty Authorization Number (WAN).

A new whole goods serial numbered machine is warranted free from defects in material or workmanship when assembled and set up correctly, The machine must be properly lubricated, properly stored and properly maintained in accordance with the instructions contained in the operators manual for the period of 1 year or 12 months as outlined in our detailed warranty policy which can be found at https://portal.salfordgroup.com. Warranty may be voided by extreme usage beyond normal operating conditions.This warranty shall not apply to any Salford BBI product which must be replaced because of normal wear, misuse, negligence or accident.

This warranty shall not apply to products which have been repaired or altered outside of the BBI factory without written factory authorization.

BBI shall not under any circumstances be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the loss of property or other damages or loses owing to the failure or use of BBI products beyond the cost of repair or replacement of any defective product. The repair or replacement of defective product shall be the sole and only obligation of BBI.

This policy is subject to local regional laws and statutes governing warranty inclusions and exclusions. This Warranty is not valid unless registered with Salford..

No person, agent or dealer is authorized to give any warranties or make representations on behalf of BBI or assume for BBI any other liability in connection with any of its products unless made in writing by an officer of BBI.
