Lower Costs and Boost Performance with the New Trooper
(January 01, 2009)  Cornelia, GA

A tough new player was recently introduced in the fertilizer spreader arena. Barron and Brothers International is now offering The Trooper, a hard working, well built spreader designed for fleet application.

The Trooper is a tandem axle, ground wheel drive fertilizer spreader that is easy to operate and can be pulled with any reasonable towing vehicle. Its UHMW and stainless steel design reduces corrosion and extends operation life, and the UHMW bearing back keeps bearings clean for fewer failures.

"The new Trooper is the perfect combination of durability and flexibility," said BBI Director of Sales, Lee Kilpatrick. "Plus, its wide swath greatly lowers overall costs."

The Trooper was specifically designed to save fuel and time with its 60' swath versus the traditional 30', and the dual rack and pinion gate prevents jams thereby lowering maintenance expenses. These benefits combine to create the lowest capital cost spreader offered by BBI. The Trooper replaces The Skeeter in BBI's line up of fertilizer spreaders.
